BEVO’s wood-burning oven provides the highlight of our menu: a delicious selection of thin-crust pizzas prepared in the most authentic Italian fashion by chef Giovanni Vella and available until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays! Our chef’s creativity also shines through his interpretations of Italian classics including our pasta, antipasti and braised meat dishes.
